The community center at the sports home
The municipal community center is directly adjacent to the sports club building. By arrangement, it may be possible to rent out the community center and the sports club's restaurant together. However, the community center also has its own bar and an adjoining room. The community center is also barrier-free and has a kitchen.
User fees
The following fees are charged for the use of the Bürgerhaus am Sportheim:

| Lobby, Bar, and Kitchen (for non-residents) | 120.00 € (plus 50 € cleaning fee and 30 € energy surcharge) |
| Restaurant and Kitchen | 100.00 € (plus 30 € cleaning fee and 20 € energy fee) |
| Gym, Kitchen, and Restaurant (for residents only) | 220.00 € (plus 50 € cleaning fee and 30 € energy surcharge) |
| Lobby, Kitchen, and Restaurant (for non-residents) | 250.00 € (plus 50 € cleaning fee and 30 € energy surcharge) |
The fees listed above include use of the restroom. In addition, the cleaning fees listed above do not apply if the user/event organizer cleans the rental property. The landlord may require a security deposit of 200 € as a guarantee.
| For children's birthday parties for children up to age 14, a usage fee of €50 is charged for the restaurant (including use of the kitchen) and €75 for the hall (including use of the kitchen) for a maximum duration of six hours (applies to residents). |
